This 231 dollar pancake is flavored with Madagascan vanilla pods and sprinkled with edible gold leaf. It is served with organic strawberries and jelly made from Dom Perignon champagne. Phew!!! I ceratinly didn't buy or eat this:)

just woke up and am starving. Now I am craving chocolate and champagne which isn't all that unusual, but I can't explain the sudden desire for gold leaf. Still I will not be buying this right along with you. There are too many other things I am not buying. I'm kind of settling here, but I'm going for the $.59 cornflakes. Thanks for playing, Marie! I've never understood the eating gold leaf thing. To me, it seems like such a waste. Gold should be worn, not consumed! Glad you were able not to buy this dish!
